What to check on used equipment

Check play in heads and indexer, platen level, micro-registration travel, and air leaks on automatics. Ask for head count, max print size and air compressor needs.

Under-cured plastisol cracks and washes out, so check even temperature across the belt, belt tracking and heating element condition.

Check lamp or LED output and age, the vacuum blanket for tears and full draw-down, and the timer. Ask for max frame size.
