One timed online auction a month. Pick a date when you list, set your starting bid and an optional reserve, and buyers can still Buy It Now at your price until bidding opens. Want more bidders? Auction Spotlight ($495) puts your machine at the top of every page until the auction, and Build-Up (from $450 a month) markets it in the weeks before.
Paid safely
Buyers pay Buckets of Ink, never you directly, so there are no bounced checks or payment scams. We pay you once the sale is complete.

Questions sellers ask
How much does it cost to sell?
A monthly plan to list (from $25 a month), plus commission only when your machine sells: 12% (minimum $150) on smaller sales, down to 6% on the biggest. No sale, no commission.
How do I get paid?
The buyer pays Buckets of Ink. When their payment has cleared and the machine has been delivered or picked up (and the buyer has had 24 hours to report any damage), we pay you by bank transfer, check or Zelle, with a statement showing the sale price and commission.
Can I put my machine in an auction?
Yes. Pick an auction date when you list it, or later from My listings. You set the starting bid and an optional reserve, and until bidding opens buyers can still Buy It Now at your price. You can also choose "fixed price, then auction if it hasn't sold" and we'll enter it for you after 2 months.
Who ships the machine?
Buyers get an instant freight quote to their ZIP and we book the truck (bill of lading and pickup). You just have it packed, palletized or crated as described. Local buyers can pick up.
What can I sell?
Used and new screen printing, DTF, DTG and embroidery equipment: presses, dryers, printers, heat presses, exposure units, embroidery machines, plus parts and supplies. Whole shops can be sold as a package.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a short seller agreement you sign online when you submit a listing. It gives Buckets of Ink the right to sell the machine for you and sets out the commission. Auction entries add a short auction agreement.
