1. Using this site
By using equipment.bucketsofink.com you agree to these terms. Buckets of Ink LLC runs this site. You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts.
2. Your account
Keep your login private and your details accurate. You're responsible for everything done under your account.
3. Listings
Sellers are responsible for their listings and must also follow the Exclusive Right-to-Sell Agreement. By posting photos and descriptions, you allow Buckets of Ink to show, edit and advertise them anywhere, during the listing and after it ends.
4. Not allowed
False or misleading listings; stolen equipment; scraping or copying the site; spam; contacting buyers or sellers to avoid commission; attempts to break into, overload or test the site.
5. Sponsors and links
Sponsored placements are paid advertising. Buckets of Ink doesn't endorse sponsors or other sites we link to, and isn't responsible for them.
6. No guarantees
The site is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that any listing is accurate.
7. Limits
To the extent the law allows, Buckets of Ink isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and its total liability is limited to $100 or the fees you paid in the last 3 months, whichever is greater.
8. Ending access
We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
10. Law and contact
