Buyer Terms of Sale

1. Who you're buying from

Most equipment on this site is sold by independent sellers, and Buckets of Ink LLC acts as the seller's sales agent. Listings marked "Buckets of Ink" are sold by Buckets of Ink LLC directly.

2. Sold as is, where is

All equipment is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults, and with no warranty of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless a written warranty appears in the listing itself. Descriptions, photos and condition reports come from the seller. Check them yourself before you buy.

3. Inspections

You're welcome to inspect any machine before you buy. Inspections are by appointment, with at least 24 hours' notice, at the seller's location during business hours. You are responsible for your own safety while visiting, and you may not run a machine without the seller's permission.

4. Prices and offers

Prices are in US dollars. An offer isn't binding until it is accepted in writing. Sales tax is added where it applies.

5. How to pay

• Under $5,000: card or ACH bank payment.
• $5,000 and over: ACH bank payment only.
• Financing: apply through our lending partners (such as DCA and Geneva Capital). When a loan is approved, the lender pays for the machine directly.

Pay only through Buckets of Ink's checkout or invoice, never to a seller directly. Equipment is released only after your payment has fully cleared. ACH payments can take up to 5 business days to clear.

6. Payment safety

Buckets of Ink will never send you new payment or bank instructions by email or text, and never takes payment over the phone. If anyone asks you to pay a different way, call us at 480-229-7806 before you send any money.

7. Pickup, rigging and freight

Unless the listing says otherwise, you arrange and pay for pickup, rigging and freight. Equipment must be picked up within 14 days after your payment clears. After that, storage fees of $25 per day may apply. Equipment not picked up within 30 days may be treated as abandoned, and the sale cancelled, minus storage fees and our costs.

8. Ownership and risk

Ownership passes to you when you have paid in full. Risk of loss passes to you when the equipment leaves the seller's location, or when your carrier takes it, whichever happens first.

9. All sales are final

There are no returns or refunds. One exception: if you receive a different machine than the one listed (a different make, model or serial number), tell us within 48 hours of pickup, with photos, and we will work it out with the seller.

10. Card disputes

Because equipment is sold as is, you agree not to dispute a card payment for a machine you received. If you file a dispute anyway, we may collect the amount owed plus our costs, including collection and attorney fees.

11. Limits and law

Buckets of Ink's total liability to you is limited to the commission it earned on your purchase. Arizona law applies, and disputes are decided in Maricopa County, Arizona.
