Buckets of Ink runs one timed online auction a month for used and new print shop equipment: automatic and manual screen printing presses, conveyor dryers, exposure units, DTF printers and powder shakers, DTG printers, single and multi-head embroidery machines, heat presses, and parts and supplies. Every lot is reviewed before it goes live, with real photos, a condition report and a serial number or proof of ownership.
- 1. Preview
Machines show on the calendar and in Headed to the block before bidding opens. Many can be bought outright with Buy It Now until then.
- 2. Bid online

- 3. Win and pay
A 12% buyer's premium is added to the winning bid. Pay within 3 business days by bank transfer, card (under $5,000) or financing.
- 4. Pick up or ship
Pick up in person or get an instant freight quote to your ZIP. We book the truck and send you tracking.
Sell your equipment at auction
List your machine, pick an auction date, set your starting bid and an optional reserve. Buyers pay Buckets of Ink, never you directly, and you're paid once the sale is complete. Add Auction Spotlight or Build-Up to bring more bidders.
Bid from any state
Our auctions run online from Tempe, Arizona, and bidders across the United States take part. Machines ship anywhere in the lower 48 by freight, or you can pick up. See used printing equipment near you:

Auction questions
+How often are the auctions?
Once a month. Each auction has its own bidding window: bidding opens on the first date and lots start closing one after another on the closing date (Arizona time).
+What kind of equipment is sold?
Used and new print shop equipment: screen printing presses and dryers, DTF and DTG printers, embroidery machines, heat presses, exposure units, parts, supplies and whole-shop packages.
+Can I bid from another state?
Yes. Bidders from every state are welcome. After you win, pick up the machine or get an instant freight quote to your ZIP and we book the truck.
+What do I need to bid?
A free account, the signed Buyer Agreement and a quick ID check. Lots of $10,000 and up also need a card on file, which isn't charged unless you win and don't pay.
+Is there a buyer's premium?
Yes, 12% of the winning bid, shown on every lot before you bid. Sales tax applies where required.
+How do I pay, and can I finance?
Pay within 3 business days by bank transfer (no fee) or card under $5,000. Financing is available through our lending partner; get pre-approved before the auction so you know your budget.
+What is extended bidding?
A bid placed in the last 2 minutes of a lot adds 2 minutes to that lot, and keeps doing so until no one bids for 2 minutes. Nobody wins by sniping.
+How do I sell a machine in an auction?
List it on the site, choose an auction date, set a starting bid and an optional reserve, and sign the auction agreement. Enter by the last day shown on the calendar.
