What we collect

• Account details: name, company, phone, email.
• Seller legal details for agreements and UCC filings: legal name, business type, state, mailing address.
• Messages you send through the site, and your listing details and photos.
• Payment details, handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store full card or bank numbers.
• How you use the site: pages and listings viewed, searches, clicks, the kind of device you use, your approximate location (city/state, from your internet connection), the website or ad that brought you here, and a random visitor ID kept in your browser's storage.
• If our Google or Microsoft advertising tags are turned on, those companies may also see your visit.

How we use it

To run the marketplace; to send your inquiry to the seller; to prepare agreements and UCC filings (UCC filings are public records); to prevent fraud; to email you about your listings, inquiries and account; and, if you agreed, to send you new-equipment emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

The buyer or seller you're dealing with; the companies that run the site for us (hosting, database, email, payments, accounting); a lender, if you apply for financing; and anyone the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Unsubscribe with the link in any marketing email. To see or delete your information, email bucketsofink@gmail.com or call 480-229-7806. We keep records the law requires, such as signed agreements and filings.

Security and age

We use encryption and access controls to protect your information. This site isn't meant for anyone under 18.
